Liberty College conducted a Leadership Training from January 4th to 6th, 2023, for core members of student clubs and class representatives. The program focused on imparting essential leadership skills, effective communication, teamwork, and handling diverse scenarios. Mr. Yog Kandel, the Director of Academics, and Mr. Pradeep Parajuli, the Principal of the college, expertly facilitated the sessions. The participants also learned from the life of successful leaders and reflected on Nelson Mandela's leadership journey through a screening of the movie "Invictus." The training aimed to empower future leaders, preparing them to make positive contributions to the college community and beyond.
